Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Nailed Cup Crafts! We want to ensure that your order reaches you safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy to better understand our shipping procedures, delivery times, and costs.

Processing Time

Premade orders are typically processed within 4-5 business days. Custom orders are typically processed within 2-3 weeks. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If there is a delay in processing due to high order volumes or other reasons, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (5-8 business days)

  • Economy Shipping (3-4 business days)

Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping method selected. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $60 (before taxes).

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: United States. 

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow your package's journey through the shipping carrier's website.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Modifications

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. If you need to modify your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible at nailedcupcrafts@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at nailedcupcrafts@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and find a solution.

No Return or Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with NailedCupCrafts. Please read our No Return or Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase. 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final as your order is a custom order made specifically for you. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong item
  • Dissatisfaction with the product
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Exceptions (If Applicable)

The only exceptions to this policy are: 

  • Items damaged in transit 
  • Items received that are defective or incorrect

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within [1–2 days] of delivery at nailedcupcrafts@gmail.com with a clear photo of the item and your order number. We will review the issue and respond with the next steps.
